Unico Supply Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our Houston territory, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and drive revenue. The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, quotes, site visits, and CRM use.

The candidate should excel in communication, negotiation, and presentation, and work well independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes base salary plus commission with in-person work at our Houston location.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in industrial/building materials preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Visit customers and job sites within territory.
• Prepare and present product quotes and proposals.
• Follow up on leads and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM.
