Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring an Outside Sales Rep for the N Houston, TX area. The role drives all aspects of customer sales within the assigned territory, collaborating with regional leadership to hit revenue and profitability targets.

The position requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline with heavy travel across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Strong time management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to establish targets and opportunities.
• Maintain active opportunity pipeline and manage quotes, margins, and YoY growth.
• Understand the sales process and execute each step thoroughly.
• Identify and pursue new customers matching the ideal profile.
• Develop customer understanding and diagnose challenges to find value.
