Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Flowood, MS is seeking an Outside Sales professional to manage all sales activities from lead generation through close within an assigned territory. You will implement the Marketing Plan and work toward customer satisfaction and revenue goals.

You will build long-term relationships, present proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery while traveling up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Extensive experience in supplier relationship management is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all steps of the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Develop and implement the Marketing Plan for the territory.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely product delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and attend events.
