You will schedule in-person meetings, present benefits, and grow your client portfolio while collaborating with a high-performing team.

You will receive classroom and field training, ongoing support, and a performance-driven compensation plan with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales/athletic background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections.
• Proven record of exceeding sales expectations in competitive settings.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated local territory with in-person meetings.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions to fit employee needs.
• Develop and nurture a portfolio of clients and referrals.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Log daily activity and sales progress in CRM.
• Attend training and ongoing coaching from veteran sales team.
