W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in Bangor, ME to drive outside sales and grow the local territory. You will travel to meet businesses, demonstrate products, and tailor pricing to win new accounts.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers, participate in branch meetings, and seize growth opportunities in a fast-paced, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• English reading/writing and speaking.
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce Mason products.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings and stay connected.
