Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. in Boston seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint. You will engage local businesses, demonstrate products, and present tailored pricing to win new accounts while promoting MasonvilleGO for onboarding.

You’ll coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams, participate in branch meetings, and leverage the company’s culture of growth and opportunity to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hitting the road—by foot or car—to meet local businesses and introduce Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, growing the market and outside sales career.
