W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to fuel outside sales in your local territory. You’ll engage businesses, demonstrate our workplace products, and craft tailored pricing to win new accounts while collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce Mason's offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected.
