Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales professional to drive growth across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. You’ll own a multi-state territory, develop strategic accounts, close new business, and nurture existing relationships with a focus on metals manufacturing and distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales with growth in industrial/ manufacturing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategy targeting high-potential accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers; expand presence in key segments.
• Grow existing relationships by cross-selling value-added services.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing and strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure flawless execution.
• Report performance metrics and pipeline momentum to leadership.
