Job summary

Bray Controls Canada Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the British Columbia territory. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across Bray’s valve and actuator lines.

This field-based role requires strong technical sales capability and independent work in a busy environment. You will manage forecasting, pricing, and plans, engage distributors and end users, and lead negotiations to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales or sales management experience in valves, automation, or related industrial products.
• Strong ability to develop territory strategy and manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience presenting technical solutions and negotiating with engineers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray products through customer visits, technical presentations, and training sessions.
• Develop and grow BC territory by identifying opportunities and channels.
• Provide pricing and lead-time guidance to support order conversion and approvals.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and plans with distribution partners.
• Present a written territory plan to the Western Canada Sales Manager.
• Manage quotes, pipeline, and opportunities to maximise conversions.
• Lead complex negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
