Job summary

Bray International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a designated territory and customer base in the industrial valves sector. The role involves frequent travel within the territory, delivering technical support and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful application and delivery of equipment.

You will build and maintain customer relationships, specify products with customer technical teams, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; HS diploma with experience considered.
• 2–5 years in an engineering/technical role within an industrial setting or equivalent sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory and customer management: establish objectives, goals, and forecasts.
• Field visits and travel within the designated region to engage customers.
• Provide technical assistance and product education to customers.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Report on sales activity, market trends, and progress toward goals.
