Job summary

Bray International, Flow Control, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Commercial HVAC in Eastern Pennsylvania. You will prospect new customers, manage sales, and build relationships in the HVAC/ATC markets, with frequent travel within the territory.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and technical aptitude to understand Bray products and offer solutions that improve efficiency and reliability. Training may require travel to Houston.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience; 5+ preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ME/EE or related field preferred.
• Experience selling valves and controls is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray's products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit sites to understand needs and offer Bray solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals via territory/account management.
• Build technical proficiency on Bray product lines.
• Represent Bray at industry events as required.
