Job summary

Bray International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the HVAC/Automatic Temperature Control markets across a defined territory. You will build new relationships and manage existing accounts, visiting sites to tailor Bray solutions that improve efficiency and reliability.

The role requires frequent travel, a self-starting attitude, and strong sales drive. Prior valve/controls experience and a Seattle-area residence are preferred traits for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME/EE) or Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous outside sales experience, especially in industrial sales.
• Experience selling valves and controls to HVAC/ATC industries.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bray's complete range of products to customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visit customers’ sites to understand their processes and propose Bray solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through territory and account management.
• Build technical proficiency on Bray’s product lines.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
