Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth by reaching small and medium businesses with top-tier supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll receive comprehensive training, develop a personal client portfolio, and operate within a territory to identify opportunities and manage a dynamic calendar.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing development, and a clear path for advancement, with performance-driven promotions and a structured onboarding

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
• Work with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager
• Record daily activity and sales metrics
