Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and mid-size businesses. You will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in selling supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce.

You will manage your schedule, visit local businesses, and deliver product showcases to both one-on-one and groups of 50–100+. Success relies on engaging decision-makers and expanding your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set with the manager.
