Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business within a dedicated territory. You will meet with small and mid-size businesses, present supplemental insurance solutions, and work with a team focused on results.

You'll receive comprehensive training, a weekly draw pay option plus commissions, and opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales targeting own territory with emphasis on new client acquisition.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and build a portfolio of clients.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Set and work toward monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics, and manage schedule weekly.
