Zusammenfassung

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales professional in the Des Moines area to drive all sales activities from lead generation through close. You will implement the company marketing plan and work toward revenue, margin, and growth goals while maintaining top customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include prospecting, building long-term relationships, delivering product knowledge, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quoting. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to self-manage is critical, as well extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with Excel preferred.

• Handle all steps of the sales process from lead generation to close in an assigned territory.
• Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product knowledge to assist purchasing decisions and deliver accurate pricing.
• Prepare proposals, bids, quotations, and contracts while negotiating terms.
