Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is recruiting an Outside Sales professional to drive revenue in the Des Moines territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to close, develop strategic plans, and cultivate long-term customer relationships with building-materials-focused solutions. Ideal candidates will bring strong Microsoft Office skills, sales experience in supplier relationships, and a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supplier relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all steps of the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Identify and execute opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
• Establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Provide competitive pricing and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
• Develop and implement territory growth plans and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
