Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; record daily sales activity.
