Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive the introduction of supplemental insurance solutions to SMBs and their workforce. You will receive extensive training and gain autonomy to manage your schedule and your territory.

You will conduct one-on-one meetings and group presentations, handle inquiries, and build a growing client portfolio while supported by a sales team and manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with business owners.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a territory and meet monthly targets.
• Effective time management and scheduling to balance field visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your client network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them for approval; log daily sales activity.
