Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across Memphis and surrounding areas. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support while you independently manage a territory and engage small to mid-size businesses with supplemental insurance solutions.

You will schedule meetings, perform product demonstrations, and provide excellent service to clients via in-person visits, calls, and emails. No prior sales required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
