Job summary

You will manage P&L, monitor performance, lead staff development, and ensure compliance with regulations while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years' professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Prior experience improving customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.
• Experience in account management and direct customer interface.
• Prior staffing industry experience or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory profit and loss (P&L).
• Monitor performance metrics and financial data to assess and improve operational effectiveness.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Maintain branch appearance in alignment with company standards.
• Lead change initiatives and adopt new systems.
• Promote a Safe Workplace and conduct on-site safety visits.
• Represent the company at local job fairs and build community relationships.
• Hire, schedule and develop territory staff; set performance goals.
