PeopleReady in Billings, MT is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee branch operations, and develop staff across the territory. You will manage P&L, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safety and compliance while fostering customer relationships and expanding accounts.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years' professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in staffing industry or similar preferred.
• Proven leadership competencies.
• Experience in account management and direct customer interface.

Responsabilidades

• Manage territory profit and loss (P&L).
• Monitor performance metrics and financial data to assess and improve operational effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead hiring, scheduling and staff development activities.
• Travel to customer sites for sales and safety needs.
• Retain and expand existing customer accounts.
