Job summary

PeopleReady in New Bedford, MA seeks a Territory Manager to oversee branch performance and drive revenue growth across the territory. You will manage P&L, lead staff, ensure safety, and develop customer relationships within the staffing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in a management role.
• Experience in improving customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory P&L and monitor financial data to drive profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff development.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews for territory staff.
• Retain and expand existing customer accounts; travel to client sites as needed.
• Analyze local market conditions to identify sales opportunities and engage leads.
