Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in operations or account management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and turning insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems (CRM/ERP).

• Support provider performance and territory coverage.
