Job summary

OpenWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to own the success of a territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. This hands-on role requires taking ownership, improving processes, and making an impact every day.

You will build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence to retain customers and grow the business across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years' experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience turning data insights into action.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations
