Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Operations.
• 3-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or related role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth.
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations.
