You will analyze metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive operational excellence to retain customers and grow the business across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations or account management.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customers and service providers to ensure service.
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support provider performance and territory coverage.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results; partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve operations.
