Job summary

OpenWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers and providers, drive retention, and identify opportunities for growth, while improving operational processes.

This hands-on role requires solving problems, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance across a multi-location portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth.
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations.
