OpenWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to own the success of a designated territory in delivering exceptional service and optimizing provider performance. You will build relationships with customers and providers to drive retention and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/ops.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data analysis to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth.
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations.
