Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Home & Garden division, seeks a District Sales Representative to service national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory and drive Spectrum Brands product initiatives at store level.

You will plan and execute merchandising standards, build store relationships, and identify opportunities to grow sales while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals at national big-box accounts (The Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart).
• Execute planograms, resets, and store sets to drive margin and display quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and key decision makers to grow sales.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel and assist customers with Spectrum Brands products.
