Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts including The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory, upholding account initiatives and driving sales opportunities.

You will build relationships with store personnel, execute merchandising plans, and provide product training while meeting sales goals across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: maintain store presentation, planograms, shelving, displays, and replenishment.
• Build relationships with store management and channel partners.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Assist consumers with product selection and purchasing at stores.
• Conduct pricing surveys and identify additional selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and travel requirements.
