Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big box accounts including The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart.

You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory and drive sales initiatives with store-level collaboration. Responsibilities include merchandising, planogram execution, building relationships with store management, and identifying opportunities to grow Spectrum Brands' presence while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience; leadership or management experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and maintaining store presentation to meet sales goals.
• Planogram execution, inventory checks, and replenishment planning.
• Build relationships with store management and drive sales initiatives.
• Provide product knowledge training to store staff and assist customers.
• Travel extensively within the territory and ensure safety compliance.
