Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big box accounts. You will manage relationships with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart and report to the Area Sales Manager within your territory.

You will drive merchandising initiatives, execute planograms, train store personnel, and collaborate with others to maximize sales opportunities while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• HS diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• Ability to travel within territory and overnight as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals through store sets and displays.
• Build relationships with store management and train staff.
• Plan and execute planograms and merchandising standards.
• Provide product knowledge to store personnel.
• Maintain inventory and place replenishment orders.
