Job summary

Spectrum Brands Home & Garden is seeking a District Sales Representative to service national big-box accounts like The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and manage an established territory with a focus on growing sales through strategic merchandising and relationship-building.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED (Associated degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products to meet store presentation standards and execute planograms.
• Plan store visits for efficiency and effectiveness and identify opportunities to grow margin.
• Build relationships with store managers and channel partners to drive sales.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to support end-user sales.
• Assist consumers with Spectrum Brands product selections and address inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and travel expectations.
