Job summary

Spectrum Brands Home & Garden is seeking a District Sales Representative to service national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and uphold account initiatives, drive sales, and collaborate with a regional team.

The role requires weekends and extended hours, travel within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to manage planograms, merchandising, and customer relationships to grow Spectrum Brands’ market share.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards and executing resets, fixtures, and POP.
• Plan and execute store visits efficiently and effectively.
• Execute planograms first and identify opportunities for margin growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and channel partners.
• Assist retail consumers with product selection and purchases.
• Conduct pricing surveys and track orders for sales opportunities.
