Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Home & Garden division, seeks a District Sales Representative to service national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory and drive top-line growth through store-level initiatives and strong store partnerships.

The role requires extensive travel, accurate merchandising, and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years sales/retail experience
• Leadership/management experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation and shelf standards.
• Plan store visits for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Execute planograms and identify opportunities to drive margins.
• Build relationships with store management.
• Place replenishment orders to increase volume.
• Ensure compliance with company values and safety.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines.
