Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory, driving sales initiatives and maintaining account integrity.

Responsibilities include merchandising, store visits, planogram execution, and collaboration with store management to optimize shelf presence and product visibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards and driving product sales.
• Plan store visits for efficiency and effectiveness with account partners.
• Execute planograms/maps and identify incremental display opportunities.
• Build relationships with store management and key decision makers to drive sales.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to support end-user sales.
