Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big boxes such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart.

You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory and help execute account initiatives that drive Spectrum Brands sales. You will build relationships with store management, provide product training, and ensure store presence while meeting safety and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and/or retail experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain store presentation and execute resets and displays to meet sales goals.
• Plan efficient store visits and execute planograms to drive margins.
• Build relationships with store management and key decision makers.
• Provide product knowledge to store personnel to boost sales to end users.
• Identify opportunities for incremental display space and replenish orders.
