Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive growth in assigned product categories within a defined territory. You will work with the Medline sales force to grow targeted accounts, manage territory coverage, and present technical proposals to meet customer needs.

Must live near the Baltimore MD or Washington, DC area and travel as required. The role emphasizes sales strategy, account management, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.
• At least 2 years of tangible product sales and account management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft products.
• Position requires travel for business purposes (within state and out of state). Driving a car 80% of each day is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Develop account knowledge within territory and manage key decision makers.
• Present sales proposals and systems solutions to customers.
• Build relationships with Medline Sales Managers and external customers.
• Lead customer product evaluations and implementations.
• Monitor market conditions and provide management with reports.
