Job summary

Medline is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth in the Dallas, TX territory. You will work with the Medline sales force to grow targeted accounts, analyze geography, and manage opportunities from prospecting through close.

You will present technical proposals, coordinate with customer systems, and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff. A deep product knowledge base and travel up to 80% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of quota-based sales experience with cold calling.
• 5+ years in quota-based sales or 2+ years with heavy product/territory focus.
• Experience with account management and full-cycle sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and strategies aligned with division goals.
• Present clinical or technical proposals to customers and integrate with systems.
• Collaborate with Medline sales team to grow targeted accounts.
• Manage assigned territory through field sales activities and analyses.
• Track performance, report results, and adjust plans accordingly.
