Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to drive growth in assigned product categories and manage territory activities across Baltimore MD and the DC area. You will collaborate with the Medline sales force to target accounts, perform territory analysis, and present tailored proposals that integrate with customer systems and equipment.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, maintaining account knowledge, and delivering product trainings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to organize and deliver clinical/technical information clearly.
• Travel up to 80% of days; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet/divide annual objectives.
• Act as product expert to develop proposals and system solutions for customers.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and hospital/clinician contacts.
• Lead product evaluations, trainings and post-close follow-ups with customers.
• Prepare and present clinical or technical proposals tailored to customer needs.
