Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in the Chicago area to start a medical device sales career in outpatient urology and urogynecology. You will call on clinics, build relationships with physicians and staff, and drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

This hunter role requires no prior clinical experience, only a track record in professional sales, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
