IQVIA in partnership with a Medtech client is hiring an Associate Territory Manager to begin a career in medical device sales. This hunter role operates in outpatient clinics, building relationships with physicians and staff and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will not inherit a book of business—you will build one. Success hinges on disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging we will provide training for.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota record.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
