Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine division is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the dealer network across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska. You will coach dealers, develop strategic growth plans, and travel extensively to build relationships and drive sales, market share, and profitability.

The role requires 60% overnight travel, a Bachelor's degree in business, and 3–5 years in marine sales or marketing. National travel and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Marine/Recreational sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM; travel 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospective dealers.
• Coach and grow sales, market share and profitability in territory.
• Travel to dealer locations and attend shows and events.
• Coordinate with inside sales, service and credit personnel to meet goals.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and present to dealers.
