Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to develop Mercury Marine dealer networks and manage key accounts in your sales zone.

You will build strong dealer relationships, execute growth plans, coach dealers to increase sales, monitor weekly reports, and utilize CRM tools. The role requires 3–5 years in marine or related sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Expect extensive travel with weekends at events and boat shows.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marine or Recreational Industry or in Sales/Marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospective new dealers.
• Coach and grow dealer sales with measurable objectives.
• Use data to identify opportunities and share findings with dealers.
• Travel to multiple dealer locations with overnight stays (60%).
• Attend sales meetings, boat shows, and dealer events; work with inside sales, service, and credit teams to hit goals.
