Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years related business work experience in Marine, Recreational, or Sales/Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM; valid driver’s license; travel at least 60% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospective new dealers.
• Coach, manage, consult, and grow sales with specific, measurable objectives.
• Use data to discover opportunities and discuss them with dealers.
• Travel to Mercury dealers’ locations; 60%+ overnight travel.
• Work with inside reps, service personnel, and credit personnel to hit territory goals.
