Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
3–5 years related business work experience in Marine, Recreational, or Sales/Marketing.
Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM; valid driver’s license; travel at least 60% overnight.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospective new dealers.
Coach, manage, consult, and grow sales with specific, measurable objectives.
Use data to discover opportunities and discuss them with dealers.
Travel to Mercury dealers’ locations; 60%+ overnight travel.
Work with inside reps, service personnel, and credit personnel to hit territory goals.
