Brunswick Mercury Marine, based in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager to grow the Mercury Marine dealer network across the defined territory. You will coach, consult, and develop dealers to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

In this role you will leverage CRM data, attend boat shows, and coordinate with internal teams while traveling 60% of the time. A Bachelor's in Business or Marketing and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related business experience in Marine/ Recreational industry or sales/marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospective new dealers.
• Coach, consult, and grow sales volume and market share to meet objectives.
• Travel to multiple Mercury dealer locations; attend boat shows and dealer events as needed.
