Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related business work experience in Marine or Recreational industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and customers.
• Coach, consult, and grow dealer sales volume and market share.
• Develop strategic territory growth plans and monitor weekly performance.
• Travel to multiple dealer locations; attend boat shows and client meetings.
• Collaborate with inside account reps, service and credit personnel to hit territory targets.
• Ensure activities comply with Mercury policies and procedures.
