Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Territory Manager in Wichita Falls, TX to drive brand growth by building strong retailer relationships and delivering results. You will develop local strategies, manage accounts, and execute the 5Ps to boost presence and sales.

The role requires travel, field visits, and the ability to engage adult nicotine customers; proficiency with MS Office is expected, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for territory objectives.
• Develops strategy for product and POS placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and mastery.
• Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate with the Company on business fundamentals.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales.
• Sell/execute the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
• Analyses territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail opportunities.
• Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific planning and initiatives.
