TW Metals, LLC in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Territory Manager responsible for field sales within a defined geographic region. You will engage with Inside Sales, Branch Management, Regional Sales Manager, and Inventory Management to drive customers and revenue.

The role emphasizes developing relationships, analyzing market conditions, and executing sales campaigns while leveraging internal resources to optimize the territory's performance.

Qualifications

• General business knowledge and sales skills.
• Effective communication skills including verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn mainframe program (Metalware).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years metals industry sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field sales for a specific geographic territory assigned by branch management and collaborate with internal resources as needed.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through personal calls and internet-based resources to secure a competitive position.
• Review market analyses and understand territory relative to customer needs and competition.
• Develop account sales campaigns and maximize productivity through planning and workload management.
• Compile lists of prospective customers from various sources for sales leads.
• Obtain and relate customer service and inventory data to management.
• Prepare reports of business contacts, transactions, and expenses.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager is responsible for sales, customer relations, and works closely with Inside Sales, Branch Management, Regional Sales Manager and Inventory Management.

• Responsible for the field sales effort for a specific geographic sales territory assigned by the branch management, and to engage effectively and positively with internal resources as required
• Develops and maintains effective customer relationships, through effective use of personal calls and internet-based resources to assure a competitive position in the marketplace
• Reviews market analyses and have command of the territory as related to customer needs and competition
• Develops accounts sales campaigns and maximizes personal productivity by effectively planning, organizing and managing workload
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on an assortment of sources: trade publications, customer references, business directories, and other sources.
• Obtains and relates customer service and inventory data to management
• Prepares reports of business contacts, transactions, and expenses

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration or related area and/or 5 years metals industry sales experience
